Mason Jars, buy em use em...for JUICE!

Not just a jar...yes the mason jar is a versatile container obtainable in a variety of sizes and widths. Standard 1L, half liter, wide mouth etc.
Favorite uses include, Jarring tomatoes, olives, pears and most importantly sprouting seeds and using as a juice container.

As a juicing enthusiast when i make a juice i try to consume as close to a liter as i can, remember depending where you are on your health regime you need to consume enough of something so that it can have a physiological effect on the body. What does that mean? well think about it this way; when you go to the doctor because you broke a limb or you get the flu they may prescribe you antibiotics or pain meds, the docs know that they need a certain measured amount to have the appropriate impact. Same goes for juicing consuming 4,6 or 8 oz of something will probably not have a large physiological effect especially if it is done infrequently...which takes me into the next point consistency.

Not only do you need to take a dosage that will produce an effect but you also need to do this regularly, again taking from my point above, doc prescribes you something for pain, guess what you probably will take that pill 3 times a day for 1 week or longer (depending) without the constant stream of this in your system you mind as well not take it at all.

OK so my point here is drink enough juice and drink it regularly! For beginners i would start with a minimum of 16oz of your preferred juice a day, do that for a while then you can jump into 32oz once or twice an day even. Then call me in the morning and tell me how you feel :  )

oh ya remember strive to have a 50/50 or even better 80/20 ratio of greens or veggies to fruit. Fruit is better if consumed whole as the sugars are released in a more timely fashion.
