Xmas food plan if attack.

Well most of the large Xmas meals are over now. And while I broke most of my routines I don't mind :) it was a good time with my family and friends. Rules are meant to be broken on occasion.

The day of my Christmas meals I woke up and had a coconut wheatltgrass juice followed up with some nice ripe fruit, then couple hours later a nice green juice. This served as a cleansing precursor of sorts.  Seemed it worked pretty well as I don't feel too heavy and bloated after 2 days.
